DESCRIPTION OF CONTROLS

1. + key, increasing time and alarm setting.

2. -/12-24 key, decreasing time and alarm setting.

3. DAY COUNT/TM SET key, “Day count” / time/date setting display.

4. ALM SET key, alarm setting.

5. ON/OFF key, alarm on/off.

6. SNOOZE key, alarm temporary stop/display light switch on.

7. Battery compartment (4xAA 1.5V). The two batteries located towards the front power the

clock/calendar, the display light and the alarm, while the two batteries located towards the back

power the tunes and the ‘good cheer’ light.

8. Tunes/’good cheer’ light selector.

9. VOL+/- keys, tune volume up/down.

10. PAUSE key, tune on/off.

11. °C/°F key, selection of the temperature expressed in degrees Celsius or Fahrenheit.

12. DC 3V socket.

CLOCK SETTING

1. Keep the TM SET key (3) pressed for 2 seconds. The hours will start blinking.

2. Press the + and - keys (1 and 2) to set the time.

3. Press the TM SET key (3) to switch to the next settings (hours>minutes>year>month>day).

4. Adjust the various options as described at step 2.

5. Press the ALM SET key (4) to confirm the settings.

6. Press the 12/24 key (2) to display the time in either 12 or 24 hour mode.
